Deposit, Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy At Studio Amor, each appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. To ensure every guest receives the time, care, and attention they deserve, appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Deposits All Deposits go towards your service total. Deposits can be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days. If appointment is rescheduled after 30 days or appointment is canceled more than once a new deposit is required. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior communication will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, and the guest will be blocked from booking future appointments with Studio Amor. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service to be modified based on the remaining appointment time. The original service price will still apply. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule if there is not enough time to properly complete the scheduled service. If rescheduling is necessary, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
